ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

Built by a family.
Made in America.

Holly and Glenn Tupper started Ping AI so anyone could talk to AI the same way they already talk to people — with a text message. No app. No login. No Wi-Fi required.

The idea did not start in a boardroom. It started on a cruise ship.

Holly and Glenn were at sea when they needed an answer from AI. The ship’s Wi-Fi was the usual cruise-ship Wi-Fi — slow, expensive, and often gone. Their phones still had a signal. Text messages still went through.

That was the whole problem, sitting in plain sight: the most useful tool on earth was locked behind apps, accounts, and a data connection. The most reliable channel on a phone — SMS — was being ignored.

So they built Ping AI. Save one number. Text a question. Get an answer. It works on any phone, on any carrier, anywhere a text can be sent — including a ship, a cockpit, a remote valley, a job site, or a living room where nobody wants another app.

Ping AI was born from a simple American instinct: if it does not work when you actually need it, it is not finished.

Two people keeping AI close to real life.

Holly Tupper

Co-Founder

Holly is the other half of Ping AI — the one who keeps the product human. She helped shape the idea from the first cruise-ship frustration into something a real family would actually use: reminders, answers, daily briefs, and a voice you can talk to without downloading anything.

If Glenn is the builder who refuses to accept “you need an app for that,” Holly is why Ping AI feels like a person on the other end of the text instead of a dashboard.

Glenn Tupper

Founder

Glenn is a commercial pilot, builder, and world-renowned paramotor pilot. He has flown a paramotor over places most people only see from a postcard — including Machu Picchu and Angkor Wat — and he spends a lot of his life in the air, where connectivity is a maybe and a text message is a sure thing.

He started Ping AI so AI would work the way a radio works — simple, reachable, and useful when the fancy stuff drops out. Veteran-owned. American-made. Still answering the same question that started it: can I use this from the phone already in my pocket?

Simple promises. Kept on purpose.

01

American made

Ping AI is built and operated in the United States. The company, the product decisions, and the phone number you text are not a layer on top of someone else’s app store.

02

Veteran owned

This is a veteran-owned American company. The standard is the same one service teaches: it has to work when conditions are imperfect. Especially then.

03

No app required

If you can send a text, you can use Ping AI. That is the product. That is the promise. That is why it exists.
