How can we help?

Ping AI is a simple AI personal assistant for chat and live Voice, with Conflict, Pulse and Synthesis news feeds and alerts. The iPhone app works with a private profile remembered on your device. SMS is a separate, optional way to use Ping AI.

Cancel an Apple subscription

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name (Apple ID), then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Ping AI, then choose Cancel Subscription.

Deleting the app or your Ping AI account does not cancel your Apple subscription. For billing or refund requests, visit Apple's purchase support. Subscriptions purchased separately on the web or by SMS are managed separately; email us if you need help.

Restore Purchases

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Ping AI > You > Upgrade to Ping AI Plus (or Manage Ping AI Plus), then tap Restore Purchases. Keep the app connected while we verify the purchase. Restoration does not charge you again and does not refill Voice minutes you have already spent.

If your purchase is pending or not yet verified, try Restore or Sync before buying again. Contact us if it still does not appear. Restoring a subscription does not guarantee restoration of conversations from a different device profile.

Delete your account and data

Open You > Delete account, read the explanation, type DELETE and confirm. This removes conversations, Memory, lists, reminders, app preferences and sign-ins, and revokes the app profile's credentials. A separately linked SMS/web account is not automatically deleted.

Limited financial, fraud-prevention, support and deletion-request records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. If you cannot access your device, email us for help verifying and handling a deletion request. Please cancel your Apple subscription separately if you no longer want it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an email or phone number?
No. The iPhone app creates a private profile and remembers it on your device. Keep access to your device; purchase restoration and chat-history recovery are different.

Is Voice included with Plus?
Your first five total Voice minutes are free. Additional minutes are separate one-time packs. Voice uses your internet connection inside the app, not a phone call. Telephone Voice credits from the SMS service are separate.

Why can't I buy or load a plan?
Check your connection, update to the latest app version, and retry loading plans. Store availability may depend on your Apple Account and region. Contact support if the problem continues.

Does deleting the app cancel payments?
No. Manage the subscription in Apple Settings as described above.

Is Ping AI an emergency or professional service?
No. AI responses can be wrong. Verify important information and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
